10 years ago, I was involved in an accident that made it difficult to move. My back, spine and shoulders were in constant pain. It was difficult to walk, to sit comfortably and to bend over. It didn’t matter what I did - massage, physiotherapy and acupuncture - nothing helped. I was in constant pain. After searching for the “answer” in many different places I found yoga, and for the past 10 years my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.
I am a RYT-550-hour teacher specializing in Hatha, Yin and Chair Yoga. Additionally, I am Bonefit trained and I am a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach.
My job is to provide you with the tools you need to live a more fulfilling life, no matter what experience you have with yoga or movement. I embody the Art of Living Well.
