10 years ago, I was involved in an accident that made it difficult to move. I my back, spine and shoulders were in constant pain. It was difficult to walk, to sit comfortably and to bend over. It didn’t seem to matter what I did, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and massage, nothing helped. I was in constant pain.  After searching for the “answer” in many different places, I found yoga and for the past 10 years, my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat.


I am a RYT -550-hour teacher specializing in Hatha, Yin and Chair Yoga. Additionally, I am Bonefit trained and I am a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach.

My job is to provide you with the tools you need to live a more fulfilling life, no matter what experience you have with yoga or movement. I embody the Art of Living Well.
